This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the maybank2e platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully in full before using any of our services.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user may only register one account on maybank2e. Registration requires a valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. maybank2e reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time before processing transactions.
Users are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential. maybank2e will never ask for your password via email or message. Do not share your account details with anyone.
The use of automation software, bots, or any method that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Maybank2e users are required to comply with all platform usage rules. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any unlawful activity.
The following are strictly prohibited on the maybank2e platform:
- Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits
- Using software or technical methods to manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in any form of fraud or misrepresentation to the platform
- Sharing your account or login credentials with other users
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses
Maybank2e reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and seizing any associated funds.

Payments, Transactions and Currency
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on maybank2e are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Using a payment method belonging to another party is prohibited and may result in account closure and freezing of funds.
Deposits are processed depending on your chosen payment method. maybank2e is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors such as banks or e-wallet operators.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification requirements set by maybank2e. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID before approving the first withdrawal.
Where fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, maybank2e reserves the right to place a hold on or reject withdrawal requests while conducting an internal investigation. All transaction-related decisions made by maybank2e are final.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Account Policies
Maybank2e is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. Users acknowledge that they use this platform at their own risk.
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the maybank2e platform are our exclusive intellectual property. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without written authorisation from maybank2e. Any intellectual property infringement may result in legal action.
Maybank2e reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any funds associated with that breach.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the maybank2e platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
